  • Improving on handling, merchandising and distribution of food products.
  • Optimizing the distribution footprint of our products into the rural areas of Malawi and across the borders of Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania.
  • Monitoring and evaluating real time market trends and respond decisively in a proactive manner.
  • Increasing national and SADC /COMESA  regional visibility of our corporate Image and products.
